The housing is engineered to accommodate a 2.4 inch outer diameter wound toroid. A provision has been made to securely attach an SO-239 chassis connector for coaxial connections. The lid and enclosure mating surfaces feature a chamfer designed specifically to accept a sealing compound, such as silicone or duct seal. Screw holes measuring .094 inches in diameter have been provided. This housing is intended to be mounted to a more rigid surface, like plexiglass, to withstand the tension of a wire antenna.
