*NOTE: This design is terrible and makes no sense when applying the parameters of a speaker to this enclosure. If you want to build a speaker that actually sounds good, I highly recommend you build one of my bespoke designs.* - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6188695 This is a rework/remix of guppyk2's 4" back Horn Speaker enclosure. I thought it could use my touch to make it a little better. I made 2 of these speakers and hook them up to a mini-bluetooth amp from Fosi audio. My changes to the design: 1. Removed the bluetooth electronics area of the design - fill this void with polyfill stuffing. 2. Added printed in spot for terminals. Use these "Push in Type" terminals: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XK7GZ17?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details 3. Reduced the number of printed parts by making the terminal port and sides a part of the main print. 4. Added many tabs to keep the sides of the box aligned when gluing and clamping. 5. Added some bars in the main speaker chamber area to hold down polyfill stuffing to prevent it touching the cone and blocking the rear port. 6. Removed modeled in holes for the speaker - speakers come in all kinds of different bolt patterns and ones already modeled-in probably wont fit the speaker you chose. I recommend modeling your own bezel/adapter that perfectly fits your speaker bolt pattern. Glue this to the speaker box hole and use it as a drill template for the screws. I have included an adapter for Infinity REF-4032CFX speakers. Use 1" long #8 screws along with the provided grill. I printed mine out of PETG and I think this is a good choice due to the soft nature of the plastic having a less "tinny" sound. It does not seem to resonate as much has PLA or hard/brittle plastics. I have included two versions of my mix. One is spit right down the center which makes supports totally unnecessary for the speaker hole. The other has the side in the normal location and will need supports for the speaker hole.
