I couldn't find a reliable AA holder, so I crafted one myself. This custom design is significantly more robust than any commercial alternative I've discovered. It's engineered to utilize springs and terminals from repurposed machinery. To ensure a secure fit, the terminals required epoxy reinforcement. Fabricated with an ultra-fine 0.02mm layer thickness and a dense 15% infill.
