This will let you mount a Traxxas style wheelie bar onto a TLR 22SCT 3.0. I recommend using 4 M3x20mm Screws to hold on the wheelie bar to the mount. You will also need 3 M3x25mm screws to mount the wheelie bar mount to the shock tower. A good wheelie bar is the strc version.
