Nar is a special case in the clan, she didn't have any special traumatic experience that Krogulk could exploit. However, she was bent on preserving a special breed of monsters that the adventurers were keen to exterminate. She didn't want to lose such adorable creatures, so she took it upon herself to breed them and keep them from going extinct. She needed a place for this, so she went to Krogulk promising to provide mounts for his warriors and useful war beasts in exchange for resources and a sanctuary to breed these creatures.
