Louise is a witch that dwelled nearby a big town. She first piqued Lucien's curiosity when he found out about her experiments with the townsfolk and made contact with her. As it turns out, Louise was looking for a way to secure a stable supply of food without making it obvious that people were going missing, so she developed a potion that made flesh tissue grow back at an incredible speed, albeit at the cost of the subject's sanity. However, it had a fundamental flaw in that the meat that grew back eventually grew rotten and was of no further use to her. So Lucien promised to fund her experiments with a stable income of supplies and test subjects in exchange for her help with developing his army.
