The stunning art-deco sculpture showcases a breathtakingly beautiful young woman draped in a long, form-fitting dress and adorned with an elaborate headdress that echoes a dazzling constellation of stars. The figure proudly rests atop a sturdy integral plinth. Inspired by the visionary work of Erté, this sculpture pays homage to the incredible artistic genius of Jepe. Erté, born Roman Petrovich Tyrtov in 1892 and living until 1990, was a legendary artist and designer who left an indelible mark on the 20th century. His impressive contributions spanned multiple domains, including fashion, jewelry design, graphics, costume design for film, theater, and opera, as well as interior design. Many of Erté's remarkable works are currently displayed at esteemed institutions such as the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Smithsonian Institution. The stunning Star Trek statuette, crafted in 1/7 scale (363 mm), now takes pride of place on my living room shelf, while the 1/18 scale (123 mm) figurine adds a touch of elegance to my car collection.
