A pegasus to match my unicorn of light:https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-the-unicorn-of-light-194269 I'm going to make an evil version too and then possibly do a griffin after that - what do you guys think? As pointed out by someone - these are protectors and not fluffballs! I have made single material and multi material versions of this model and provided hollowed versions where I think it will be useful. Here we go: A large combined single material model - shown printed on my Saturn! I was able to print the pegasus without supports for resin printing but it will need supports for FDM printing. The larger the scale, the more supports needed. The following files are included: pegasus_single_material_combined_180mm.stl: Suitable for FDM printing and for those who wish to hollow their own models for resin printing. This model scales well. pegasus_single_material_combined_180mm_hollow.stl The hollow version I used to print in resin. As the wings are heavily detailed, this was a tricksy beast to hollow with decent wall thickness. You could probably scale this hollow version down a little but you would be advised to check the walls before printing. A smaller assembly version I have also made the model for assembly to suit those with smaller printers. Assembly is straight forward: a body with two slots at the back for the wings: pegasus_single_material_body_separate.stlpegasus_single_material_body_separate_with_braid.stlpegasus_single_material_body_separate_hollow.stlpegasus_single_material_body_separate_hollow_with_braid.stlpegasus_single_material_wing_left.stlpegasus_single_material_wing.stl (I accidently uploaded versions without the mane braid for the assembly, so have included these files but kept the others in case someone wants a braidless pegasus!) It will also be much easier to paint in this format and the assembly makes no real aesthetic difference to the overall look of the model. I have hollowed the body too but not the wings. If you get stuck and need me to hollow those too then let me know. Multi material version There is a multi material version available too as people ask for this. The model is divided up in the manner shown in the render. The glorious example print was done by Tom Jackson (AKA FilamentFrenzy): pegasus_multi_material_body.stlpegasus_multi_material_mane_and_top_feathers.stlpegasus_multi_material_wings.stlpegasus_multi_material_armour.stlpegasus_multi_material_eyes.stl I hope I have covered all bases here and no matter what your printer set up is, there should be a version of the pegasus that you can print and enjoy!
