In PTC Creo 2.0 Academic Edition, a design and modeling exercise is planned. It involves an initial study of a cross-plane crankshaft and split crankcase engine. The engine will feature water-cooled cylinders and heads, along with DOHC chain drive. The options include normally aspirated or forced induction (with air to air intercoolers).
