Printrboard mounting kit for 3uP offset, allowing clearance for USB extension used with 3uP USB Port Mount. This design also integrates support for attaching Misumi HBLFSNF5 brackets, significantly enhancing strength and rigidity. To assemble: Use a 13/64" drill bit to ream out M5 holes and a 1/8" drill bit to ream out M3 holes. Insert M5 and M3 nuts into the mount; it may be necessary to heat-emboss them. Fit the soldering iron tip into the nut opening and apply pressure while heating. Be careful not to over-drive, or plastic threads will get ruined. The 3uP Wire Bundler nuts at the edge of the mount are optional. Attach HBLFSNF5 brackets to the mount using M5 screws and T-nuts in the extrusion frame. Use additional M5 screws and T-nuts to secure the mount along the front edge. Finally, fasten Printrboard with four M3 screws.
