A blank 3u 7hp panel fits perfectly into 19" racking systems. It's designed for standard panel mount fixings, making it easy to install. Use this panel to block off sections or derive front panel designs - it's a versatile tool for any setup. The OpenScad file includes various component hole types that can be added on a grid, and even generates a PCB mounting bracket, allowing you to prototype your design before cutting an aluminum panel. The fixings shown in the photo are standard accessories, not part of the print itself. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Ormerod Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.5mm nozzle, 0.2mm layers Infill: 25% Notes: These settings work well for me - feel free to adjust as needed. For panels with mounted components, you might want to increase infill for added strength. Post-Printing File off excess plastic from the edges and fixing holes, then insert fixings and screws.
