I crafted this battery pack case specifically for extended road trips when a little extra power is needed beyond what my previous design could provide. Designed to accommodate 15 18650 cells, it also offers ample space for wiring and a BMS - an essential component in building packs. The case features a cutout for a standard square rocker switch and includes a male XT60 connector. Fits are intentionally snug, requiring only a few gentle strokes with a fine file to ensure everything fits together seamlessly. A loose-fitting switch opening accommodates varying switch sizes, as Chinese QC can be unpredictable at times. To cover any visible gaps, a touch of hot glue suffices. The design relies on snap fits but may require additional adhesives for optimal results. I added the .step file for anyone interested in modifying it to suit their needs.
