3Racing EX Real Front Bumper is now securely attached to a Killerbody Land Rover D90, boasting enhanced protection for the steering servo due to the 90° servomount's vulnerability to front damage. Fitted seamlessly with the original screws without pre-threading issues. The printing specifications were as follows: nozzle diameter at 0.4mm, layer height precision set at 0.2mm, and a wall line count of four for added stability. Infill density was carefully calibrated at 10%, while the top and bottom layers received special attention with five iterations each to ensure a robust finish. Supports were deliberately omitted to optimize print speed and efficiency. The entire printing process took an impressive four hours and fifty-eight minutes to complete, resulting in two perfectly crafted parts. To facilitate easier and faster printing, both parts were split in half before the actual printing began.
