3mm spacer (M3 bolt) BLACKOUT Quads
thingiverse
Keep losing these annoying gaps? I'm fed up with them, so I created my own solution. Printed on an Ultimaker 2: I fine-tuned the settings for optimal results. Using a .4 nozzle but adjusted it to .2 in Cura. Layer one is just .15 thick, and subsequent layers are also .15 thin. The shell thickness is set to .2 for added stability. For maximum durability, choose 100% fill. However, the ideal speed will depend on your specific printer and adjustments, though a standard setting of 25mm/s works well with most projects. If you need a seamless finish, adjust the bottom/top thickness to .4.
