Human: Same extruder as the "Infill 3D Bowden Direct Drive Extruder v2" but in 3mm also I added some attachment holes and minor improvements. First version in 3mm, please let me know how it works, future updates will be here... https://infill3d.com/28-extruders Instructions This extruder is composed of very few printed parts, only two if you use direct mount or four if you use the dove tail bracket. The extruder is designed to be used with a MK8 drive gear. Keep in mind that using a bigger drive gear might not fit properly. I have chosen not to add the mounting screws to the part list as people will likely need different length screws for their machines, however please note that you should use M3 socket screws to mount the extruder. If you use the direct mount, the holes are in the extruder body and are 13.5mm center to center. I set it up so the pneumatic fittings can be used in pairs, allowing PTFE tube to be routed from the filament reel, however they will still function without the fitting. The screw holding the idler is solely intended to hold the idler in place, do not use it to tighten the extruder against the motor. Just snug the screw so the idler is positioned correctly. Use caution when threading the fittings into the extruder as it's easy to strip or crack the body. Parts you will need include: 1x MK8 Drive gear 1x 603ZZ 2x Pneumatic fitting 1/8 to 6mm (or what fits your Bowden tube) 2x Utility comp springs 1/4" x 1/2" x .035" (6.350 x 12.7 x .889mm) for extruder to idler connection 2x M3 Washers (springs) 3x M3 Nuts (spring screws, idler) 3x M3X25 Socket head screws (extruder to motor) 2x M3X30 Socket head screws (extruder to idler springs) 1x M3X16 Socket screw (idler)
