This is a versatile clamp that can replace valves on soft hoses, such as the 3mm hose included with my automatic plant watering system. Simply scale it up according to your hose's diameter for optimal use. Printing the screw facing upwards and the frame standing on the screw hole side produces superior results. It's simpler to insert the hose first and then attach the third part, known as the "tip". The tip may require some grinding on its side facing the screw based on your hose's properties. This design allows for secure clamping of the hose or minimal squeezing at all. I adapted the screw and screw hole from Mightynozzle's sanding stick: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2404850.
