3mm Drill Bit Handle
thingiverse
This customized design is based on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:91035, created using the Customizer app. An alternative idea is to use one handle with multiple drill bit sizes by utilizing long grub screws and swapping drill bits as needed. However, experimenting with an 8mm version showed that the range of securely fitting sizes isn't large. Printing more handles with individual drill bits may be a better option, considering the low filament usage (around 2m with 15% infill). To customize your design, set Drill_Bit_Length to 20, Resolution to 25, Drill_Bit_Diameter_Units to 1, Set_Screw_Nut_Thickness to 3, Set_Screw_Nut_Diameter to 5.5, Drill_Bit_Diameter to 3, Number_of_Nut_Traps to 2, Set_Screw_Diameter to 3, Handle_Length to 65, and Handle_Diameter to 15 for optimal results.
