Assisting my crew team, I'm printing replacement parts for our boat, which are designed based on Vespoli eights spacers. The parts have a thickness of 3mm and 6mm, with an inside diameter of 13.1mm. To print these parts, it is suggested to use ABS due to its flexibility, or opt for PLA if you're environmentally conscious and prone to losing many in the water since it's biodegradable. Print at a layer height of .1mm/.2mm, with 4+ vertical walls, minimal infill (to enhance flexibility), and optionally, no top/bottom walls for added flexibility.
