This version can be used anywhere that the original Airtripper is compatible, just like its many derivatives. This extruder utilizes an MK7 drive gear, a common feature among various similar models. A 1/8" pneufit connector should be used for optimal performance. Since you can utilize other parts from existing derivatives, I've omitted rendering them here. You can easily create these components using the attached scad file. For printing, use a layer height of about 0.2mm to achieve precise results. Next, attach the 608ZZ bearing securely with either the provided printed bolt or a cut M8 screw to its holder. Install the MK7 drive gear and MR105ZZ bearing directly onto the motor shaft. Once these parts are in place, secure the motor and other plastic components firmly. For additional guidance on assembling this extruder, refer to other projects that utilize similar designs.
