MASK FILTER REPLACEMENT - 3M - SMALL If this project prints out perfectly, don't forget to buy me a roll of filament so I can keep testing and improving these designs or come up with new ones. If you're not happy with the final product or encounter any issues with your printed parts, just send me a message and we'll work together to fix it. You can enjoy printing my designs even if you don't buy me filament - that's totally fine! Take care! To replace filters on 3M type masks All parts are designed to print without support, but the connector should be printed with 100% infill for best results. The 3M Connector was tested and printed, fitting perfectly with the gasket engaged and remaining locked in place. I used ASA Filament with generic settings: 100% infill, 0.4mm nozzle diameter, 0.2mm layer height, 50mm/s speed, no support, and a Two Trees Sapphire printer with CURA slicer. The Cover was also printed successfully, providing a good fit. To assemble the parts, fold four sheets of toilet paper into quarters and insert two on the connector and two on the cover. Connect the parts carefully to avoid overtightening, which can make it harder to breathe. I strongly recommend using two filter replacements for this design due to the small inlet/filtration area. Two versions are available: Normal and Low Poly - both are usable. These designs are last resort solutions, so use your judgment when deciding whether to print them. Feel free to use any filter material you have access to that will increase protection compared to no protection at all. Stay safe!
