<p>SK:K nakresleniu tychto filtrov na 3M polomasku ma priviedol zufaly stav z nedostatku respiratorov a filtrov v poslednej dobe kvoli koronavirusu. Musim hned na zaciatku pripomenut ze samotny virus je tak nesmierne maly ze nema problem preniknut cez vacsinu filtrov. Virus sa da zachytit pokial sa nachadza v kvapockach pri kychnuti a podobnej cinnosti.<br/>Filtre ktore som nakreslil, su prisposobene na pouzitie obycajnych papierovych kapesnikov. Predpokladam totiz, ze kapesnikov je vsade v obchodoch dostatok a nie su ekonomicky drahe. Dalsia vec, ze v pripade potreby sa daju vymienat kedykolvek je to potrebne. Zacal som preto kreslit verziu malych filtrov, do ktorych som umiestnil jeden cely papierovy kapesnik v poskladanej podobe. Samozrejme kapesnik sa sklada z 3 vrstiev a je 5x prelozeny. Takze sa cez neho dalo len tazko dychat. Takze v malom filtri treba pouzit len polovicu vrstiev papieroveho kapesnika. Pre maly filter som nakreslil 4 verzie krytov filtra. Jedna je nakreslena so zubkami na zacvaknutie. V tejto verzii by nemali trcat z okrajov filtra kraje papieroveho kapesnika. Druha verzia krytu je nakreslena bez zubkov na zacvaknutie. Tam sa kapesnik iba polozi a zatlaci telom filtra. Okraje ktore trcia sa odstrihnu. Tretia verzia krytu je nakreslena s mriezkou. Posledna verzia je nakreslena s mriezkou a zubkami na zacvaknutie.<br/>Pokial by niekto potreboval dat do filtrov viac vrstiev cez ktore sa tazko dycha, alebo nejaky ucinnejsi filter cez ktory sa tiez tazsie dycha, nakreslil som aj vacsiu verziu. Je to velkost zhruba smartfonu. Tam som nakreslil 3 verzie krytov. Jedna je klasicka s velkou dierou, a druha verzia je s mriezkou. Tam som nekreslil ziadne zubky na fixovanie krytu filtra na telo filtra. Tam predpokladam prelozenie papieroveho kapesnika alebo ineho media cez okraj filtra a odstrihnutie zbytku. Tretia verzia je s mriezkou a zubkami na zacvaknutie. Taktiez som doplnil filter s inym dizajnom vedenia vzduchu zig zag kvoli tomu, ze sa pri tlaci vedeli jednotlive prepazky odddelit od tlacovej plochy. Takto su viac stabilne. Kryty filtrov s mriezkou a zubkom na zacvaknutie su optimalizovane na tlac bez podpory.<br/>Samotne filtre som nakreslil s pomerne presnym bajonetovym zavitom firmy 3M ktore pouziva na polomaskach. Ja som skusal vytlacit tieto dielce len z PLA a PETG plastu, ale predpokladam ze nebude problem ich vytlacit z akehokolvek ineho dostupneho plastu. Tlacil som ich s 0,2mm kvalitou. Filtre su optimalizovane na tlacenie cez PrusaSlicer poslednej dostupnej verzie s tryskou 0,4 mm. (Upozornujem na podporu sliceru v Cinskom jazyku) Podpory su nutne len v okoli bajonetu. V PrusaSliceri sa da na to pouzit vynutenie podpory, ktora sa da nastavit iba na bajonet. Je dobre nastavit vzdialenost podpory od objektu v ose z na 0,3 mm.<br/>Samotne telo filtra je dobre tlacit v polohe bajonet hore.<br/>Kryty filtrov s jednou dierou sa daju tlacit z obidvoch stran v pohode. Samozrejme verzie s mriezkou je dobre tlacit s mriezkou na posteli.<br/>Okrem toho sa daju tieto filtre pouzit aj v priemysle v prasnom prostredi. I have to remind you at the beginning that the virus itself is so extremely small that it has no problem to penetrate most of the filters. The virus can be detected when it is found in droplets on leavening and similar activity.<br/>The filters I have drawn are customized to use ordinary tissue. I assume that handkerchiefs are enough in stores and not economically expensive. Another thing that can be exchanged whenever necessary. So I started to draw a version of small filters into which I placed one whole paper handkerchief in a folded form. Of course the handkerchief consists of 3 layers and is folded 5 times. So it was hard to breathe through it. So only half the layers of a tissue should be used in a small filter. For small filter I drew 4 versions of filter covers. One is drawn with click teeth. In this version, they should not stick from the edges of the paper edge of the tissue. The second version of the cover is drawn with no teeth to click. There, the handkerchief is only placed and pushed through the filter body. The edges of the friction are cut off. The third version of the cover is drawn with a grid. The last version is drawn with a grid and teeth to snap.<br/>If somebody needed to put more layers through the filters that make it hard to breathe, or some more effective filter to make the breath too hard, I also drew a larger version. It's about the size of a smartphone. There I drew 3 versions of covers. One is classic with a large hole, and the other version is with a grid. There I did not draw any teeth to fix the filter cover to the filter body. There I assume that a paper handkerchief or other medium is placed over the edge of the filter and the residue is cut off. The third version is with grille and teeth to snap. I also added a filter with a different design of zig zag air ducts because of the fact that during printing the individual baffles could be separated from the print area. This makes them more stable. The grille and snap-in filter covers are optimized for print without support.<br/>I have drawn the filters with a relatively accurate 3M bayonet thread that uses half masks. I have tried to print these parts only from PLA and PETG plastic, but I assume that it will not be a problem to extrude them from any other available plastic. I pushed them with 0.2mm quality. The filters are optimized for printing through the PrusaSlicer last available version with a 0.4 mm nozzle. (Please note the support for the Chinese language slicer) Support is only necessary around the bayonet. In PrusaSlicer, this can be done by force support, which can only be set to bayonet. It is good to set the support distance from the z-axis to 0.3 mm.<br/>The filter body itself is well pushed in the bayonet position up.<br/>One-hole filter covers can be pushed from both sides at ease. Of course the version with the grid is well pushed with the grid on the bed.<br/>In addition, these filters can also be used in industry in the dust environment.
