You Can Use 0.20mm Layer and It Will Take About 6 Hours Per Set. Each Water-Resistant Surgical Mask Can Be Cut into About 12 Filter Circles, and Each Filter Can Last Over a Day. Rotary Design; Droplets Are Difficult to Adhere to This Filter. If You Have a Prusa M3S, Just Use the Original Prusa Slicer, Choose 0.15mm Speed Settings. It Should Complete One Full Set (a Pair) Within 8 Hours. It Is Suggested to Print in PLA, as It Will Work with PETG, but the Screw Will Be Harder to Turn. Please Print Out the Attached Key Wrench to Help with Tightening the Screw Mechanism. For the First Time, Please Use the Key and Turn It a Few Times to Smoothen Out the Irregularity from Different Printer Results. Please Do Not Over-Tighten. You Will Only Need Support on the Bottom Between the Shields. Print It Upside Down; Check Photos.
