For testing and evaluation purposes only, use at your own risk. The original design I found did not fit properly into my 5500 halfmask, so I made modifications using threads from another source. To achieve a lower profile, the adapter's height was also reduced. In an effort to improve its durability, I reinforced the updated version as I had encountered issues with it breaking when screwed in tightly on previous iterations. The item was printed in PLA with supports in place. As a beginner in this field, I must emphasize that you should try at your own risk. I managed to muddle through most of the process to create an item that works for me. A 3mm gasket was used during the assembly process. The exterior of the item was coated with acrylic. It's possible that an O-ring may be necessary for the North threads, but so far it doesn't seem to require one.
