THIS IS A version that fits a variety of filter sizes. From 36mm-41mm. NO SUPPORT NEEDED. And print without support. Use 0.15mm layer then it can be printed in about 8 hours. Use 0.20mm layer then it can be printed in about 6 hours. Each filter can cut out about 12 pieces, and each piece can last over a day after being tested. Rotary design, droplets are difficult to stick on this filter. -------------------------------------------------------- Screw head cannot be turned problem: There are two sizes: 45mm and 42mm If the 45mm cannot be screwed in, try using the 42 mm -------------------------------------------------------- If you have a Prusa M3S, just use original Prusa slicer, choose 0.15mm Speed Settings. Should complete 1 full set (a pair) within 8 hours. Suggest to print in PLA, it will work with PETG, screw will be harder to turn. PLA would give you the best result and PETG is not necessary in its intended use. A normal mask could be cut into at least 12 circle pieces. It will work with 2 layers of mask in each filter, but best to keep it single layer for a good flow of air into the Mask. Note: You might want to use a knife to trim the top of the Screw head to make it easier to screw into the cap, but it is not necessary. Please print out the attached key wrench to help with tightening screw mechanism. For the 1st time, please use the key and turn it a few times to smoothen out the irregularity from different printer result. Please do not over tighten.
