I created this adapter to connect my Bullard air supply hose to my 3M 6700 respirator. The 3M has a DIN40mm in the front, so it was just a simple matter of adding NATO DIN 40mm threads to one end of an elbow and a receiver end to accept the 37.2mm outer diameter supply hose.
