Create Your own Silicone Membrane for 3M Valve Versions Make sure to note that this creation is not intended to replace original 3M masks; using it in such a manner is at your own risk. Close the mold tightly and secure it with four M3x25 (or longer) nuts. Use a syringe with a luer tip to inject silicone into the mold through the hole in the center, continuing until the silicone appears in all cone areas around the mold, ensuring the entire membrane space is completely filled. Removing air bubbles from the silicone before pouring it into the mold is highly recommended. Four cubic centimeters of silicone will fill up the whole mold. Mix the silicone according to the manufacturer's specified recipe.
