Replaces the stock filter and filter cover and secures with screws from the inside of the blower. Print with extra perimeters and top and bottom layers to make it as air tight as possible.</p><p> </p><p>Required Hardware:</p><ul><li><a href="https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MZHZT1B?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details"> Filter Connectors</a></li><li> <a href="https://www.mcmaster.com/92855A309/">Low Profile M3 Screws</a></li><li><a href="https://www.mcmaster.com/2958A58/"> 2.8mm Drill Bit</a></li><li> <a href="https://www.amazon.com/uxcell-Sheets-Thickness-Crafts-Projects/dp/B09836VDQT/ref=sr_1_12?keywords=5mm+eva+foam&qid=1664330279&qu=eyJxc2MiOiI1LjAwIiwicXNhIjoiNC4yMyIsInFzcCI6IjMuOTIifQ%3D%3D&sr=8-12">5mm EVA Foam</a></li></ul><p> </p><p>Assembly:</p><ol><li>Cut 2mm of the bottom of the inner section of the filter connector and rough up exterior with knife or low grit sandpaper.</li><li>Glue filter connector to hole on the print with plastic bonding epoxy.</li><li>Cut 5mm foam to make seal for the blower fan inlet and secure to the rear of the print.</li><li>Disassemble blower and secure the adapter to the blower housing with a clamp or tape.</li><li>Drill 2.8mm holes through blower housing and into adapter between the reinforcement ribs of the housing.</li><li>Thread low profile M3 screws through the drilled holes, screws will cut their own threads.</li><li>Secure with 6-10 Screws.</li><li>Reassemble blower unit.</li></ol><p> </p>
