We found the original filter area was hard to breathe through when using filter paper. Used OPs design as reference for this new object. Increased output area to 70mm x 70 mm square. Added larger grill with clips to hold it in place. Prints fine at .2mm. With good bed adhesion, no skirt or brim required.
