3M 6200 MSI Bayonet N95 Respirator Cartridge

This design enables an N95 mask to be converted into filter disks that can be utilized on a 3M 6200 respirator, thereby extending the lifespan of each mask. Each N95 mask can yield between five and six reusable filter disks, significantly reducing waste and increasing resource efficiency. To facilitate this process, I have also shared the SolidWorks files used to create these custom components. As of May 13th, I made further improvements to the design by optimizing the threading fit and incorporating a bayonet-style variant compatible with MSI systems.
