I have thoroughly tested various designs for the 3M 6000 series respirator, and while most perform well, they all necessitate over four to five hours of printing time to produce a complete set. This is far from ideal when we aim to print as many units as possible to distribute quickly to those in need. Therefore, I merged the filter cap and mesh components from Lucifer01's design, successfully reducing the overall printing time for a full set (including both left and right sides) to approximately three hours. The retaining mesh has been designed with a thin profile of 1mm to fit snugly within the cap while securely holding down the cut filter. Meanwhile, its slender construction ensures that it does not impede airflow in any way.
