Simple bed worklights let you see in the dark. Lights are cleverly hidden behind a sleek shell to create a clean look and allow for even light diffusion.\nThe lights connect directly to my reliable 12 V heater supply. Standard 20 ma LEDs come in bundles of four, ensuring consistent brightness. The cover can be printed at scale and sanded to fit snugly into place with a secure snap; or you can print it slightly undersized and glue it in for extra security. I highly recommend the snap fit method as you can easily re-open the cavity if needed.\nThese worklights were printed in standard white PLA, allowing for optimal light diffusion and a smooth finish.\nTo prevent dimming when the bed heater cycles, I used a simple MT3608 voltage regulator; otherwise, you'll experience noticeable brightness fluctuations.\nI designed an inline box to house the MT3608, which snaps into place with a matching snap fit cover.\nAlternative mounting options:\nAuxiliary Supports for 3KU K3000 Frame can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2040141\nOnShape Design Files are available at https://cad.onshape.com/documents/799e0e2116dbe00880747d17/w/0c23adc994b0e42d4db88586/e/24cf5c04b0f90f4c745fa3da and https://cad.onshape.com/documents/326341208a1c4f5383df32d7/w/7d7556d083d098313c22980e/e/1dfd53c982e6d9a5ffadee8a\nPrint Settings:\nPrinter: 3KU K3000 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.100 mm Infill: 20%
