I modified the original spool pieces in fusion 360 after converting from mesh to a solid to lengthen the barrel and barrel insert. I also modified the thickness of the ends of the barrel inserts to accommodate some weld in inserts. I also had to widen the endcap where the insert is inserted to fit the modified barrel insert. I used two 4mm X 12mm screws, two 4mm washers, and two 4mm lock washers to attach the end caps to the insert.
