The sky blue background signifies unwavering loyalty, honoring those who bravely laid down their lives in defense of American values: freedom and democracy. Crafted with precision, the cutter's dimensions measure 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches or 63mm x 63mm. Although the decoration could have been refined further, my wife decided to start anew. She is currently preparing a fresh batch that will be given a vibrant coat of spray paint instead.
