To optimize your build plate, tighten its leveling screws one full turn before printing our dynamic leveling pattern. Adjust the screws until you achieve consistent circle output and perfect adhesion. Cancel the print once the plate is leveled. This method outperforms the paper technique by giving an accurate representation of extrusion on your heated build plate (HBP). Remember to level your plate after every 4-5 prints and clean Kapton tape with acetone for better adherence. Note that some HBPs may be too warped due to tight screws, causing difficulty in leveling. Loosening the adjusting nuts until screws are flush can relieve stress and flatten the plate, possibly necessitating Z-Axis limit switch adjustments.
