3DX PIR Servo Project - Motion Activated Drawbridge

thingiverse

This is a precision-crafted, motion-activated drawbridge boasting an LCD display that provides real-time system status updates. Conceived to exacting standards inspired by historic motion-activated drawbridges, its design embodies the spirit of yesteryear. To bring this project to life, I cleverly repurposed a paper clip as the hinge for the drawbridge, ensuring smooth operation. Additionally, I utilized two M4 nuts to add weight and facilitate effortless lowering of the door. The braided fishing line serves as sturdy ropes, enabling easy raising and lowering of the bridge. For optimal functionality, you may need to fine-tune the servo's positioning. Don't be discouraged – this is a fun project that requires some tinkering. With patience and persistence, you'll be rewarded with a fully operational motion-activated drawbridge that will surely delight.
