3DX Flashing LED Light with a Loop in a Loop Arduino Code

I built a railroad crossing sign with five distinct LED lights. The Arduino program contains nested loops that implement an intricate logic. This code cycles through each side of the crossing signal, first displaying one yellow and one blue light simultaneously before illuminating the red inner light for five consecutive flashes in a repeating pattern.
