3DWOX DP200 Open Filament Improvements

I was gifted a Sindoh 3DWOX DP200 and have been working on making it more usable. I first reloaded all the firmware with the Sindoh provided open filament firmware. This allows you to remove the cartridge and use spools in the cartridge bay, but the cartridge bay doesn't allow for spools easily. Skinner spools up to 65mm work in the bay, but fatter spools don't sit right because the floor is missing. These two parts expand the floor surface and allow for spools up to 200mm in diameter and up to 80mm in width, including Hatchbox brands. 3DWOX_SpoolFillIn: Lower piece that fills in the floor plate with the spool curvature3DWOX_UpperSpace: Allows the metal bar to reattach to the upper screw holes3DWOX_SpoolAdapter_ScrewHolder: OPTIONAL, print two of these, they are little trays to hold the factory screws that you remove, they slide into two empty molding cavities on the bottom right.
