3D VPRINT is a 3D printer turn t-shirt printer and vinyl cutter . Those who love printing t-shirt and cut vinyl but has limited space and budget : THIS IS FOR YOU . If you like my project please visit my site so I can help you complete this project . All you need is : 1. Ender 3 reg. or pro. 2. Configure the marlin software through the control board . version 4.2.2 or 4.2.7. Or Just download the preconfigured Marlin in my site FREE. 3. Modify the ender 3 machine to a wider print area >> extend x -axis rail to 500 .. Y- 400 mm . 4. Replace extruder with ink extruder . 5. Insert board to a new control box, Insert a dummy Thermostat (This is the nozzle temp thermostat) and extend all wiring . 6. Load new configured marlin software to the control box using SD card. 7. Replace working plate to a wooden plate around (Y)320mm -- (X)360 mm. 1/2 laminated plywood. 8. Install all other 3Dprinted parts . (Knob, Z, Extruder, Ink bin . 9. Install Ultimaker Cura slicer software . Select Creality ender 3 pro as default machine but Set working area to 440 (x) and 300 (Y) and Z to 100 . Play with X-Y-Z if work plate is not center to the print. 10 . Set the control box . Temp = 0 Extruder step/mm = 5 . Z acceleration to 1000-3000. 11.
