3DVerkstan Face Shield - Modified
youmagine
This is a revised version of the 3DVerkstan face shield that fits neatly into the tray. With that modification, I was able to add a .2mm gap for efficient stacking. I've successfully printed these shields in stacks of 2, 5, 10, and 20. You can see the original design here: https://3dverkstan.se/protective-visor/protective-visor-versions/, created by Erik Cederberg. Keep in mind that printing with this modification will always be slower than printing one or two shields at a time on the bed. Stacking requires smaller layers, additional ironing steps, and other settings that are sure to slow down the process. However, the advantage lies in its ability to run overnight or with minimal extra labor. To set up this configuration in Cura, check out our step-by-step video for guidance.
