With this stack, I just output 100 in 24 hours.<br/> Extruder .4<br/> Layer height .32<br/> top layers 4<br/> bottom layers 3<br/> outline shells 3 or more<br/> no support<br/> Allow single extrusion fill.<br/> Allow single extrusion walls.<br/> 10% infill<br/> MAKE SURE YOUR LAYER HEIGHT IS .32, or the parts won't come apart.</p> <p>I separate mine with a pocket knife.
