Here's the long-awaited 3Dtouch update to my auto-level post, which I'm excited to finally release after being held up by numerous projects. Upgrading my printer with a metal bed was a major undertaking that also involved addressing leveling problems, but this new upgrade works perfectly. Please refer back to my original post 'Geeetech i3 Pro C inductive sensor mount by JD_Printing, published Sep 3, 2016' for Marlin printer settings. Take note of probing points and how to calculate them, as these details are crucial. I followed the 3dtouch auto leveling sensor user manual when modifying my GT2560 board, which provided good instructions that I was able to follow without issue. A helpful tip: hook up the sensor by wire color, not by position in the sensor plug. Since I wasn't sure of the probe's height requirement, I designed it to be adjustable. This does require some filing and/or sanding to achieve smooth movement, but a bit of stiffness is beneficial when adjusting.
