Tube Doorstep for 3DSets Model 6: Rancher 4x4 Wagon Derived and correctly proportioned from cutting up 5-6 Tube Doorsteps via TinkerCAD https://www.3dsets.com/product/tube-doorsteps-for-model-1-2/ **Attention**: Print file number 4 first! This file uses 5% of the filament and will confirm alignment for the screws. The 5th screw on files 4 and 5 has 1.2mm extra space. **Files**: 1. Raised Platform Only - Printed (0.15mm), Tested, & Recommended. 2. Floor Effect - Allignment is adequate but an artifact shows in the central merging point when printed with the highest 0.2mm in a different colour. Should be obvious in the slicer. 3. No Platform - Same as 1 with top 0.25mm removed. 4. Hole Alignment test - uses **95% less filament**. Printed, Tested, & Recommended. 5. Variant of (1.) - rearmost 5th hole extended outwards by 1.2mm. **Instructions**: Five M3 button head screws - front to back - 10mm, 10mm, 10mm, 10mm, **6mm**. **Warning**: Once attached this prohibits access to, among others, the 6 screws used to affix the floor mats. **Notes**: 1. Recommended to test fit this after page 38 of the Model 6 build guide and page 47 of the Model 6 Upgrade build guides, to be sure the rear most screws line up. 2. There is a small discrepancy with the most rear screw hole. It lines up perfectly on my model 6 as I filed down a protrusion on the "rear floor" components to allow the "rear fender" components to fit 'more correctly'. 3. The hole alignment test is necessary because of a variance in the position of the 5th hole due to some collision between the rear floor and the rear fender. Hole 4 and 5 should line up but sometimes they don't. If yours do not line up in the same manner as those for screws 1,2 & 3 please print the alignment test first - it uses 5% of the filament of the full tubestep. Feedback: Please leave feedback regarding the alignment of the 5th, rearmost, hole.
