This is a MOMO steering wheel option designed specifically for the 3dsets Rancher. Multiple files are included, offering various options. A pdf document contains decals setup for the 6mm center cap of the steering wheel from MOMO Italy. The decals were printed using an MMU2, allowing multiple colored filaments to be used simultaneously. Clear water slide decals and white PLA as the center hub material ensure that the decal stands out on the white background. A border around the center cap can be filled with black filament to create a seamless look. Files labeled "Single" are intended for standard 3d printers with one extruder. Other files, designed for multi-material printers, enable customized patterns to be printed. The steering wheel is a direct replacement for the stock 3d sets wheel and uses original hardware. However, it's recommended that the M3x25mm steering wheel bolt be replaced with a 20mm length bolt due to tighter tolerances, which helps prevent material stripping during installation. No supports are needed as the wheel prints exactly like the original 2-piece top and bottom model. The bolt tolerances on this steering wheel are much tighter than those of the original wheel, helping to prevent material stripping when installing a bolt, but extra care is necessary during assembly. The single-material wheel is set up for bed orientation, while the multi-piece will require orientation based on your machine's needs. Print it flat on the bed with top face up and bottom face down.
