If you are like me you love the 3dsets Bug but hate the easy to break steering. There are other fixes here on the site and I have tried them. Here is one that works using parts that you likely already have. The steering servos that I buy come with a steering horn that can be 20mm or 25mm. Because of the limited space in the Bug model it is necessary cut the 25mm option off. This setup requires that you offset the metal arm to one side to center the steering. Both connections are still 20mm from the pivot point. Another words, It looks a bit funny but is geometrically correct.

No added supports needed. Remove circular built in support. Make sure to use both screws and nut. The second screw adds strength.

I used a servo spacer to line things up. https://www.printables.com/model/323229-steering-servo-shim-spacer-3dsets-bug

Parts:

M3 x 12mm

M3 x 10mm

M3 nut

Infill 90%
