When you open the mf3-file with PrusaSlicer you should have all settings, that are needed for a good result, right. !!READ THIS BEFORE STARTING!!Work exactly, so that it really fits into your 3DS!This is a simple tutorial how to print this correctly. Once it's printed it's hard to get the memory chip out again. (The “how to get it out” tutorial is below the “how to print it correclty” one) So just follow these steps and you can make nothing wrong. (It's actually pretty simple.)You will have to get the memory card, which you want to give a new case, out of its old one. For this you will just have to lift the top of the card case with a cutter or something like that. It might be a little tought to get it open but that's normal. Keep in mind that the teared off case parts will no longer fit as good together as before, if you ever want the old case again you'll have to clue it (if its not ruined). And you should also keep in mind that we will use the Sticker from the original case later, so afer you have given your chip a new case it's hard to go back.                                        If you have struggels just search on youtube for a tutorial, “3ds                                                         gamecard teardown”.When your print pauses you'll have to place the memory card into the already printed part of the case. It should fit perfectly.  If not you should check if there happened some print mistakes. (If you see some stringing inside the room where you will place the board you should remove that before placing.)Now you are good to continue the print.Once it's all done we'll have to put the sticker form the old case onto your new one. You just grab one edge of the sticker and pull gentely (For the best result use a tweezers, if you dont have one use your fingers or some other tool) Make sure that you are always grabbign the sticker there where it's nearest to the case. And now you just have put the sticker onto the printed case and wipe with pressure over it (don't use any hard things to wipe, that will leave scratches on the sticker, instead use for example a cloth), if it doesn't holds you can use some clue. If you look closely you can see a lowering on the top of the printed case, thats where the sticker goes.  Your new case is ready. I hope you enjoy it. :)--------------------------------------------How to get the memory chip out againFirst of all I want to remind you that the chip can get damaged or preformed when you try to get it out of the printed case. But it's possible to get it out. I personally got a boad, with which i tested the prints, out like 10 times and it's still working. But be carefull.Ok lets do it. You will need a cutter knife. Cut lines in the bottom of the board like shown in the picture down below. You'll have to cut very often so the cuts get deeper and deeper till you are trough. You could also push the top of the knife vertical into already deep enough cuts. (This helped me getting trough quicker and the board should not get much damage from this) Watch your fingers! Once your cuts are all trough, you will need to lift the top and remove it. You also have remove the small bridge of filament which lays on the board, I marked it in red.Now you have to try out. If the board gets out easialy, you are lucky. Else you'll have to cut away little parts that block the board from getting out. You can cut these parts out on the board directly, where else... This will leave traces but will not effekt the funktion of the board, in most cases. You may need a little strength to get it out. (I'm sorry that i can't give you more detailed instructions where you have to cut things away or so, because it's different for every case)Congratulations, you got it out (I hope) successfully. Hope this was helpfull. <3
