My latest batch of Solotools won't work with the updated design. The creator changed the layout slightly. I'm having trouble plugging my Solo Tool V2 into the battery due to its tight fit. I worry that removing it might damage the solders, so I handle it carefully. To solve this issue, I designed a custom enclosure for my Solo Tool V2 that provides a secure spot to grasp and pull it off the battery safely. The case slides in from one end, making it easy to insert and remove. The images of the printed prototype show the first test print with a .3 layer thickness. Since Solotools are often hand-made, each one may have minor variations. Fortunately, my enclosure fits snugly around my Solo Tool V2, even with its shrink wrap intact, ensuring it doesn't move inside. When closing the lid, it clicks firmly into place without needing any glue.
