3DR Solo GPS Cover MOD

I'm bringing an idea that's already been implemented by mods on 3DR's SOLO drone to solve signal strength and satellite tracking issues. My design builds upon Tunames' work, referenced here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1828578, and I used image-based measurements to position the holes correctly. Unfortunately, my inexperience with taking photos perpendicular to flat surfaces hindered my accuracy - a project for future improvement. Equipping a camera with level sensor is the goal. Printing both designs at ~212C on PLA revealed inconsistencies between the two prints, even with identical parameters. Quality settings made no difference; both models showed defects. It seems I've made an error somewhere, and printing won't improve my outcome without resolution. Tunames' fill might be too low, leading to post damage, while nozzle temperature adjustments can make all the difference in the success of any 3D printed model. Investigating possible factors such as settings from file to printer is now the focus; a corner that didn't delaminate wasn't supposed to. One of my corners was out about 3mm when lined up against Tunames', possibly indicating improper calculation during this iteration. Until those issues are ironed out and accuracy regained, please do not attempt my version of this drone model until a test at the optimal nozzle temperature for less thermal expansion - also worth investigating lower layer count resolution instead next printing to reduce adhesion from layer buildup or excessive adhesion at print time due higher material setting temperature for some type.
