3DR Solo DC Charger V2

** Uploaded new STL files. The model was modified slightly to reinforce some thin walls that might break off. ** After creating the first version of the charger - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2029280 - I thought it was too bulky. I redesigned it to resemble the shape of the batteries, so it'll fit neatly in the battery compartment of the Solo backpack. See Grant Conery's Instructables post for information on the DC/DC converter and how to configure it - http://www.instructables.com/id/GM-Multi-Solo-Charger/. Parts of the case are based on my dual charger - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1949728. 18 gauge output wires are routed and held in place by built-in clips. The converter is secured with 2.5 x 6 mm screws. The fan is a 25 x 25 x 10 mm unit connected to the converter.
