3DR Richrap Fishline Idler (by Nakuta)
thingiverse
This thing is an idler for Richrap and JohnSL 3DR printers, similar to a Prusa X Belt Idler. It has a nut trap on top for an M4 nut, with an M4 screw passing through the bearings and secured with two washers and a nut onto the aluminum extrusion. The second screw in the middle clamps using a slotnut on the extrusion; ensure it's tightened before idling to allow the top idler screw to lean on it. Initially, leave the screws loose before tensioning the fishing line by tightening the top screw through the nut. Once the fishing line is taut, tighten the other two screws.
