In an effort to enhance my 3D printer, I opted to replace Traxxas universal joints with magnetic ball joints (KD310 model). This modification is expected to minimize backlash and potentially eliminate it. To implement the change, I adapted the design based on RichRap's concept. Additionally, I chose cost-effective autolubricated bronze bushings for the carriage instead of bearings, which perform well and are more affordable.
